With a perfect reflection in a pool of rain water below the right of way, Santa Fe 874 West, a hot 199 train, hustles through Oakley, CA, on the edge of the San Joaquin Delta. In roughly an hour and a half, the super-fast intermodal train will reach its final destination at Richmond.
