Much has changed since I took this shot in mid-2001. The road parallel to the tracks in the foreground has been raised about 5 feet to alleviate flooding (you now drive down to the tracks), the Riverfront visitors center in the background is now an ice cream parlor. The structure I was standing on, the Sears parking deck, is now gone, requiring a drone to get this shot today.
