TGM6 diesel locomotive on access railroad of Moscow city power-and-heating plant №21. The station has an electric capacity of 1800 MW and thermal power is 4958 Gcal/h, it is considered one of the largest heat stations in Europe and provides about a fifth of the population of Moscow with heat.
