| One Last Time. On the day it was scheduled to return north to Oakland, CDTX 2052 finds itself once again serving on a Pacific Surfliner with three additional Amtrak California cars as it departs Chatsworth. Having served throughout Southern California for more than a week following the deadly mudslides in Montecino that lead to expanded service on Surfliners north of Los Angeles, this equipment will likely head home tomorrow with its work here done. |
