| Vermont Rail System operated a plow extra on February 9, following another significant snowfall and the failure of a snowplow regulator during snow removal. Vermont Railway GP38-3 207 is seen shoving the borrowed Central Maine & Quebec VB-103 snowplow at Norwich, Vermont. |
