| Cable Car #52 is climbing the grade on California Street, between Stockton Street and Powell Street. California Street's cable cars are double-end cars, a revolutionary design when it was introduced by the California Street Cable Railroad Company back in 1891. The San Francisco Oakland Bay Bridge can be seen in the background. |
