What’s at the end of the rainbow?
It’s a pair of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Heritage I GE C44-9Ws on a westbound grain train climbing Marias Pass working through the sweeping curve at Browning, Montana. Another pair of H1 Dash 9s are on the point in this early application of DPU operations on October 4, 1997.
