      The Pittsburgh & Ohio Valley Railroad, originally controlled by the US Steel & Wire company, operated entirely within the confines of Neville Island in the Ohio River near Pittsburgh. Here P&OV #3 and P&OV #6, both SW9’s bask in the sun on Neville Island.
