| Sliding down the western slope of Tehachapi Pass, is northbound BNSF 6704 with a mixed manifest. The headend of the manifest is approaching tunnel 4 while further up the mountain the train is still going through tunnel 5. Spliced in behind the lead engine is GP38-2 No, 2101 still in BN colors. The crew is dying on the hours and needs to make Bealville for the crew change. |
