Remarks & Notes

The OSTBA-22, coke empties from the Port of Stockton, CA to Bromela, CA on the Coast Sub, entering the cut through Communications Hill just south of Downtown San Jose. UP 6379, a patched SP AC4400CW, runs second! The coke is sourced from the Phillips 66 refinery in Santa Maria, then sent up to the Port of Stockton for export.
