| Union Pacific No. 8008 took over from the original lead unit at Salinas yesterday evening after suffering heavy damage from striking a semi. I Hope the crew is OK. With the delays, it makes for a morning appearance of the Auto Repo. Smoke can be seen on the ridge tops from a wildfire just west in Goleta. The fire season has now become year round here in the west. |
