Conrail local WHRE-10 has left the well-polished rails of the Lebanon Valley line at Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, and has entered the less-used Reading & Columbia Branch. The train will serve customers between Sinking Spring and Stevens. The branch was sold to the Lancaster & Northern in the mid=1990’s, and is now part of the East Penn.
