Remarks & Notes

The boys and I gave chase to the Iowa Northern's North Crew out of Bryant as they headed for points north. We had fun waiting along the Cedar River playing and hanging out. Here the boys give the complimentary 2 finger wave as the train passes thru downtown Waterloo and over the Cedar River. Water is alittle high from recent heavy rains. This bridge was destroyed in the 2008 floods and was rebuilt in October 2009. That is why the north end has newer pier under the lead motor.
