Spectacular view of the 148 meter long spiral viaduct of Brusio, which is currently being rounded by train 1652 from Tirano to St.Moritz. At the end of the train is an open observation car, the "excellent class" on this sunny day.. The Brusio spiral viaduct with a radius of 70 metres and a continuous gradient of 7% was built from 1907 to 1908 for the then independent Bernina Railway and is now part of the Albula-Bernina UNESCO World Heritage Site.
