| From one state agency (WSDOT) to another (NCDOT) WSDOT Cascades F59PHI 470 is leading NCDOT Piedmont train No. 74 at East Durham, NC. They also have one of the California Surfliner's F59PHI No. 461 in their stable, it blends in color wise better than the Cascades engine. Do not know if they are leasing or buying? |
