      Remarks & Notes
So along a few days before Thanksgiving 1986, mine and Jim DeNike's good friend Tim Jones pipes up and says, "Hey; I'm gonna go out to my family's Thanksgiving in Tucson, ya'll want to make a trip out of it? We could follow the transcon out...…." We had our stuff packed before he was able to finish the sentence. And what a road trip it was. Here at bridge #6 in Abo Canyon, the VAMBE has just slowed to start winding it's way westbound through the canyon.
