On March 2, 2016, a westbound BNSF unit tank train of ethanol makes its way over California’s Tehachapi Pass as it wiggles through the curves at the west end of Bealville sidings. A pair of six-motor GEs are on the rear of the train in the foreground and have just exited the horseshoe curve at Allard. In the background is a pair of GE C44-9Ws operating as a mid-train DPU. Already through Tunnel 2 and out of sight on the right are the four locomotives on the point of the heavy train.
