"Allegra" ABe 8/12 # 3512 in the ABB publicity paint scheme is pulling train 1617 from St.Moritz to Tirano through the spiral of the Brusio viaduct. The train had 1 first/second class AB car, 1 second class/baggage BD, , 2 panorama cars of the BERNINA EXPRESS ( one first, one second class) and 4 empty tank cars. The panorama cars are surplus on this time of the year and added to the timetabled regional trains, but you pay a supplement of 5 swiss francs. The viaduct was entirely renovated in 2011 and is in very good shape.
