Remarks & Notes

An empty grain train from El Paso, TX, to Pleasant Hill, IA, crosses the east fork of the Skunk River just outside of Mount Pleasant. There are a couple impressive trestle between Rome and Mount Pleasant over different forks of the Skunk. This one is hard to access other than by air. This train came off the Transcon main at Cameron and is working west on the Ottumwa Sub in southern Iowa.
