| As time marches on and the signal gangs of Class 1's push hard for the PTC deadline for 2018, somehow old time signals can still be found in a few little pockets. Case in point is the 3 intermediates signals located on the BNSF Marceline Sub around Bucklin. Other than a PTC antennas put up, the scene could look like it was back in the 90's with Warbonnets screaming pass. For now in late 2018 ex-Santa Fe signals stand guard and watch this westbound New York to LA Q-train hustling down main #1 about 4 miles from Marceline. |
