| The daily St. Paul to Kansas City freight for CP is on their way down Rutledge Hill into Ottumwa. The train will cross the BNSF Ottumwa Sub, then cross the Des Moines River, before a crew change in 2 miles. Here the train passes under 120th Street half way down the hill. |
