A full moon has crested above a threatening thunderhead in the final 30 seconds of sunlight over the Mojave high desert. The cell is a part of a large winter storm system that brought snow to places like Las Vegas, Tehacahpi, and the Mojave Desert. To compliment the scene is a LA Harbor bound stack train, which is departing Amboy to continue its westward trek into the LA Basin.
A gallery of Storm light, and everything in between, done right and true. The most fabulous Storm Light rail photography ever captured like only railpictures.net can accomplish.
