WC 3004 leads a freight into the ex-Milwaukee Road yard in Green Bay, WI in December of 1992. I think the WC GP40's looked really good in this scheme. The WC is gone today as is the old Milwaukee Road yard. Green Bay is no longer the bustling railroad town it used to be.
