| Southbound coal loads for Eastman Chemical's coal gasification plant head down the Cumberland Valley Subdivision towards the connection with the ex-Southern Appalachia District. After arriving at Big Stone Gap, the 90-car train will make a 43-mile jaunt utilizing trackage rights before getting back on home rails at Frisco for the last few miles into Kingsport. |
