A unit tank train climbs out of the Illinois River valley through the small town of Wilbern. The smokestack and adjacent building complex is a former pipeline pumping station. The pipeline followed the former Santa Fe right-of way though the pipeline has not been in use since around 1950. As of 2019 similar style pumping stations were still standing along the Chilli sub at Kernan, Ponemah, Dahinda, and Ft, Madison (IA). Image taken with a DJI Phantom 3 Advanced drone.
