Union Pacific Big Boy No. 4014 passes through some vintage signals at mile 634.6 between Como and Ramsey, Wyoming, on May 4, 2019. The passenger train is headed to Utah, in “The Great Race to Ogden” for a 150th anniversary celebration of the completion of the transcontinental railroad and Golden Spike. In all likelihood, No. 4014 has passed these signals before, while in revenue service in the 1950s.
