The Great Race To Ogden is well underway and in the way is the tiny town of Carter Wyoming. About a half mile out, the town of less than 10 people is about to become the center of the railfan universe, and a short unscheduled stop is going to make it all that much more exciting. The one person home in Carter was quite surprised to see the hundred or more "visitors" to his home town. By the way, anyone know who won the race?
