"Speed Stripes"
One of the two seven car Port Jervis sets has just cleared HX interlocking and begins to open up the throttle for the 70mph stretch of track in the Meadowlands. 4213 is one of the two GP40s that were overhauled by AMP in 2008-2009. It received a speed stripe instead of the typical disco stripe normally found on these units.
