CP 475 navigates the flooded downtown Davenport, moving at a steady 5mph. In a last ditch effort to outdo the floods, CP raised the elevation of the track through downtown Davenport, in some spots more than 20 inches above the original height. Locals where furious with CP because they put ballast over the crossings, which are underwater and accessible anyways...
