Top Ten of 2018. Here's a look back at my Top 10 favorite shots from 2018.
2. The most notable feature along the Sumpter Valley Railway in eastern Oregon are the numerous man-made lakes that surround the right of way on its way west from McEwen toward Sumpter. The lakes were created in the early 1900s by gold dredges sifting for gold along the Powder River.
This was the very last runby we did with Sumpter Valley 2-8-2 19 during the two-day Lerro Productions photo charter and it ended up being my favorite shot of not only that charter, but my whole 10-day October 2018 trip to Oregon. |
