Rolling into Granger. Engineer Ed Dickens is already slowing UP Locomotive #4014 as the train approaches the remote hamlet of Granger, WY, and a servicing stop that is scheduled to last about 45 minutes. In the distance, three photographers who apparently weren't keen on the idea of joining the photo line, stand closer to the tracks than I'd ever want to be. UP had asked everyone to remain 25 ft. from the rails, but I'd say the fellow on the right is perhaps less than 5 feet from the moving train.
