Another Tremont & Gulf Rwy photo from my collection - this one, not dated, features a westbound freight possibly south of Winnfeild, LA featuring 2-8-2 No. 30, T&P's largest and sole Mikado. Lots of snakes in the bog that day, I'm told! If I had to put a date on it, I'd say somewhere between 1917, the date the locomotive was built brand new for the T&P and 1954, the date she was sold to Magma Arizona Railroad. Or, perhaps as recent as April 29th, 3019 during a Lerro Productions charter at the Texas State Railroad.
