Amtrak Pacific Surfliner 1767, weekend service from San Diego to Goleta; begins to accelerate out of the station in Fullerton, California, on December 16, 2018. Nearly-new Siemens SC-44 "Charger" 2109 is shoving the train this day, and this new power gets up to speed much more quickly than the old EMD F59PHIs.
