On this day, august 24th, 2003, in Frauenfeld were the first two brand new articulated lowfloor trains of the "AK" (automatic coupler) series baptised, here we see RABe 526 # 702 in the then actual paint scheme with the colorful "Thurbogons" on the roof edge and the lightly fuzzy "THURBO" logo. The 526 # 702 got the name of the town "Frauenfeld" this day, the 526 # 701 (in the background) the name "Kanton Thurgau".
