Burlington Northern locomotives that power locals out of Rochelle, Illinois, rest overnight during a snowfall on December 30, 1995. Both are extensively rebuilt EMD GP9s and are now called GP28Ms, and were remanufactured in 1993. BN Nos. 1533 and 1538 are former Northern Pacific GP9 Nos. 225 and 283 respectively.
