| An early TGV runs between Perpignan and Figueres. This railway is 44 km long and connects France and Spain since 2009. The project cost was 1.100 million € (1,2 billion USD). Currently the infrastructure is clearly underused: only 12 passenger trains (RENFE and SNCF) and a few freight trains circulate each day. |
