| Stuff around Nelson on the UP's Geneva Sub still looks like the old days of the CNW. Cool ex-CNW style signals and a coaling tower liter this area few miles east of Sterling. Here a tiny Council Bluffs to Proviso freight rumbles east in the morning sun. Normally these trains are pretty good size, so I am not sure what is up with the super small one here today? The train is passing the crossovers at the east end of Nelson called NQ. |
