The power of NS 867 is making the shove mover to couple up to a cut of loaded cars to build it's train. We're in Yards VA right on the Virginia, and West Virginia state line at Flat Top Yard. (N 370.6). This is Norfolk & Western Country by way of the coal, and the Old CPL signal that guard the yard as well. 867 will finish up building it's train, and head to Bluefield, and continue it trip east for the ports.
