Appearances can be deceiving. After a derailment near Toledo was blamed on leased SD9s, Willamette & Pacific borrowed a set of Southern Pacific GP40s and slugs for its Toledo Hauler until its ex-ATSF GP39s arrived. This is WPRR Train 75 heading for tidewater.
