You might think this is somewhere in Oklahoma or Texas. Instead, this is a Willamette & Pacific train running on Southern Pacific's Tillamook Branch in the southeast suburbs of Portland, Oregon. Seventeen ex-ATSF GP39-2s had just been acquired by WPRR.
