Warbonnet At Dawn. After nearly a decade of being on display in the California State Railroad Museum's main building, ATSF 347C and it's accompanying "B" unit, F3B 347B, find their way into the sun this cool, fall morning. Besides a couple brief stints outside during some equipment moves for the Southern Pacific Historical And Technical Society's 2015 convention, this pair has rarely made it outdoors and into the open after being parked along the Sacramento River for many years. Today, however, the sunlight once again spills onto the cowl of a warbonnet painted F-unit...taking one back to the glory days of the Santa Fe.
