| A loaded grain train out of Ida Grove, IA, in far western Iowa drops downgrade into Cedar Falls. Couple cowl units and a lessor GECX power this loaded grain train that is bound for the Gulf. In 10 miles the train will be into Waterloo Yard for a crew change. This lead cowl is really showing her age, and I wonder what the future holds for these unique units once CN gets all billion of their new AC's? |
