Metrolink train #367 is almost halfway through its trip from San Bernardino to Los Angeles on a cool but sunny New Years Day. The EMD F125 on the rear of the train let out a plume of black smoke as the dynamic brakes were activated on the approach to the Pomona station shortly ahead.
