A set of KCS units roll an empty oil WB along the Mohawk River on a cold and windy January afternoon. KCS 4844 and 4182 have 3 buffers and 100 empty tank cars in tow. The train is passing Lock 10 just east of Amsterdam on a day that saw a high of 13 degrees F with strong winds.
