As a result of the partial collapse of the Hoosac Tunnel, Pan Am manifest trains have been running a circuitous route from Hoosick Jct, NY to Bellows Falls over the Vermont Rail System. Here we see PAR train 11R with B40-8 5967 leading 3 other B40-8s and 2 VTR GP40s through Clarendon, VT on with way south to Hoosick Jct, NY where they will rejoin home rails.
