| As a result of the partial collapse of the Hoosac Tunnel, Pan Am manifest trains have been running a circuitous route from Hoosick Jct, NY to Bellows Falls over the Vermont Rail System. Here we see PAR train 16R with B40-8 5967 leading 3 other B40-8s out of Bellows Fall, VT headed for East Deerfiled. |
