D021-02 prepares to depart Locust Point Yard with a tie train in tow, which will be dumped on the Baltimore Belt Line west of Bayview. Locust Point Yard, which was closed by Hunter Harrison, has been reopened by CSX and is pretty full with cars for local customers, as well as intermodal cars in storage.
