Passing the ruins of an old trackside coal mine is a southbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe coal train rumbling through a sweeping curve at milepost 175 between Walsenburg and Mayne, Colorado on February 25, 1999. The train is powered by a trio of EMD SD70MACs, Nos. 9835, 9428 and 9770.
