| This Montgomery, Alabama to Waycross, Georgia long distance local has stopped on the main line to let his counterpart A724 to take the freight lead through Thomasville Yard. Both the north and south end of Thomasville Yard has a dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) switch so the crews don't have to manually line the trains through the yard. |
