| Susquehanna train NTV-4 negotiates the shelf next to the Delaware River at Basket, New York. Apparently management has applied a belt and suspenders approach to monitoring the rear of the train, applying a D&H caboose and a detector. As unusual as it is to see Alco’s pulling a stack train, it is equally uncommon to have a caboose trailing one. |
